Amy Rogala, Kitchen Manager at YMCA Camp Seymour, has been selected for the prestigious "2024 Women of Excellence" award. This award e is presented by the National Women's Leadership Resource Network with the purpose of highlighting exceptional leadership within the YMCA nationwide.

Amy's genuine and caring personality is an inspiration to others. Her infectious enthusiasm and dedication to her work create an atmosphere where her team feels valued and motivated. Amy's ability to lead by example, always putting the needs of others first, sets a standard that inspires those around her to strive for excellence in their roles.

What makes Amy truly inspirational is her talent for empowering her staff. She mentors her young team members and gives them the confidence and tools to take on leadership roles. Amy believes in their potential and provides opportunities to grow, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Her mentorship goes beyond just professional development; she genuinely cares about the personal well-being of her team, creating a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to succeed.
